The hotel offered complimentary water and custard tarts in the room, a nice touch. The location was very convenient, with two metro stations within walking distance. It was also close to a park and situated in a quieter area. One more advantage was the honesty bar, where you could help yourself to drinks and snacks and add them to your bill later.
The shower in the room was a bit small, but it wasn't a major issue. The only drawback was the street noise, especially during rush hours, as the hotel was located on a busy street.

Conveniently located near transportation and attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options. Clean and tidy rooms, with good water pressure and temperature in the shower. Safe for solo travelers.

The hotel is located in a very good area with all the fancy brands and luxury shops just across the street. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are provided in the clean rooms with fresh towels. The breakfast includes both hot and cold food options, making it a satisfying start to the day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and cute, and their recommendations for places to visit were spot on. The location was excellent, just off the main shopping avenue and close to all the main attractions in this city. I also appreciated the fact that it was easy to get to the airport and train stations from here. The hotel facilities were great, withvery comfy and tidy rooms. The breakfast served was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

It is also in close proximity to the main attractions, allowing guests to easily explore the city. it is situated in a good neighborhood with luxury shops around, adding to the overall appeal of the location.
The hotel could benefit from having a greater variety of spreads for breakfast, such as butter, peanut butter, and Nutella.

We had a fantastic stay at a smart, clean hotel located in a great area. The breakfast buffet provided plenty of choices, including different breads, cheese, ham, cakes. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a powerful shower and double-glazed windows that kept the noise to a minimum. The hotel is close to authentic Portuguese restaurants, so we didn't have to venture far for a delicious meal. The staff, especially Anna at the reception, were helpful and friendly. We even received a thoughtful birthday gift.
