The hotel offered complimentary water and custard tarts in the room, a nice touch. The location was very convenient, with two metro stations within walking distance. It was also close to a park and situated in a quieter area. One more advantage was the honesty bar, where you could help yourself to drinks and snacks and add them to your bill later.

The shower in the room was a bit small, but it wasn't a major issue. The only drawback was the street noise, especially during rush hours, as the hotel was located on a busy street.

Great central location, good public transportation, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, daily room cleaning, comfortable beds.

We had a fantastic stay at a smart, clean hotel located in a great area. The breakfast buffet provided plenty of choices, including different breads, cheese, ham, cakes. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a powerful shower and double-glazed windows that kept the noise to a minimum. The hotel is close to authentic Portuguese restaurants, so we didn't have to venture far for a delicious meal. The staff, especially Anna at the reception, were helpful and friendly. We even received a thoughtful birthday gift.
